1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the LiveReact AI Assistant ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Software Requirements & Integration

LiveReact AI operates as a custom AI chat dashboard integration. To fully utilize our software and interactive stream features, you must satisfy the following conditions:

  • You must install and maintain a local copy of Streamer.bot (a free, third-party broadcaster automation tool).
  • You must provide your own private Google Gemini API Key. You are solely responsible for all API quotas, costs, and compliance with Google's API Terms of Service.
  • You agree that LiveReact AI has no control over Streamer.bot's codebase, updates, actions, or third-party streaming platform service changes.

3. License & Voluntary Nature

LiveReact AI is provided as a lifetime-access software tool. We charge no subscription fees. Optional donations may be made to support the development team, but they do not constitute a purchase of proprietary software rights, and our lifetime license plans are provided free as a loyalty service for our broadcasters.

4. Account Registration & Safety

Broadcasters are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their dashboard login details, Google Gemini API Keys, and Streamer.bot WebSocket configurations. Any automated replies, actions, or bans processed on your stream by Gemini AI configurations are the sole responsibility of the broadcaster.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LiveReact AI, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to API key suspension, stream bans, local database failures, or loss of Twitch/YouTube/Kick channel access) arising out of the use of or inability to use our assistant software.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued usage of the dashboard constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
