2. Streamer.bot Integration & Local Operations

LiveReact AI operates on top of Streamer.bot to enable interactive features in your live stream chat. It is important to understand that:

  • All chat logs, viewer configurations, and point backup balances are fetched locally from your streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick) via your local Streamer.bot WebSocket client.
  • We do not operate intermediate relay servers to view or intercept your stream chat content. All processing is facilitated directly between your local setup, your private database, and Google Gemini API services.

3. Gemini API Key Processing

To run your AI Chat Assistant, you are required to configure a private Google Gemini API Key. LiveReact AI processes this key securely:

  • The Gemini API Key is stored encrypted in your private database and used to make direct, secure API calls to Google's servers.
  • We do not store, view, or transmit your API key to any third parties other than Google for processing your AI requests.

4. Data Retention

We maintain database logs for the following items: license verification, timed chat schedules, configuration presets, and viewer loyalty point balances (the Viewer Points Backup Leaderboard). These details are saved solely to facilitate your dashboard operation and system restoration. You may reset or clear these stats directly within your user dashboard.

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform interacts with streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick) and payment processors (Cashfree for voluntary donations). These third-party services maintain their own privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them to understand how they manage your profile or transaction data.
