1. Voluntary Donations

LiveReact AI operates as a free, open utility. We do not charge subscription fees, paywalls, or upfront costs. Broadcasters are invited to make voluntary support donations of any amount to contribute toward maintenance and active feature development.

Because these payments are strictly voluntary donations and do not constitute a purchase of premium services or proprietary content, all donations are generally considered non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

While donations are non-refundable by default, we strive to be fair and transparent with our community. We will review refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Accidental Double Payments: If you made a duplicate donation due to a technical error with Cashfree, we will refund the extra payment.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If your card or payment profile was used fraudulently without your permission, please contact us immediately to reverse the charge.

3. Refund Processing

Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment source (credit card, UPI, bank transfer) through our payment gateway, Cashfree. Processing times typically range between 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution.

4. Abuse of Refund Requests

Broadcasters who make multiple recurring donations followed by immediate chargebacks or disputes will be subject to lifetime key suspension and dashboard blacklisting.

To request a refund, query transaction details, or resolve payment disputes, please email our billing support or submit a ticket via our official Discord community with your Cashfree Transaction ID and dashboard email address.
